Claire, a member of the Windone Support Team was incredibly helpful with a recent product issue. My teenage son loves his Windone K2 bike but because of a brake lever and battery issue, we were in need of some replacement parts. I checked online then reached out to customer service at Windone. After gathering more info, Claire had the parts (covered under warranty) sent out right away at no cost. Top notch customer service!! Thank you Claire for your help!
