Order not delivered on the day promised
We placed an order for delivering sweets a day before rakhi. However, the sweets were delivered almost one week before the date we selected for deliver, which was completely waste. When we enquired about the early delivery, we were told that the delivery was courier based and with a tentative delivery date, which is a lie, because we clearly selected the delivery date and there was no disclaimer mentioning about the tentative delivery date. When we asked for a copy of the disclaimer, we received absolutely no answer. We believe, such a disclaimer was not in place. Worst experience ever. Bye bye IGP.
