Excellent ICAN Graro 54 Frame with YS9012 Custom Paint
I recently purchased an ICAN Graro 54 frame directly from ICAN's website, without using a marketplace or intermediary. Overall, I am very happy with the experience and with the frame itself. **Delivery service — 5/5** The delivery from Shenzhen, China to Moscow, Russia took around 30 days, which I consider reasonable. There were no delays, and the shipment could be tracked throughout the delivery process. The frame and fork were extremely well packaged and arrived without any damage. I am completely satisfied with the delivery service. **Quality — 5/5** The build quality is excellent. The carbon frame and fork have a very good finish, and the paint quality is also impressive. I am very happy with the overall workmanship, and several of my cycling friends, including experienced cyclists, had the same positive impression after seeing the frame. Definitely 5/5 for quality. **Product — 4.9/5** The frame and fork look great and have the features I was looking for. I specifically wanted a T47 bottom bracket and a UDH derailleur hanger, and I also preferred a frame without storage in the downtube. There were a couple of small differences from my preferences: the seatpost has a non-round profile, whereas I would have preferred a round one, and the seatpost clamp is integrated into the frame rather than using a separate external collar. These are minor points for me and do not significantly affect my overall impression of the product. One thing worth mentioning for anyone ordering a custom paint job: the color shown in the online preview may look different from the actual paint. I selected custom color YS9012 expecting a matte yellow/orange shade, but the frame arrived in a metallic gold finish. I actually like the color now, but the difference was quite a surprise during unboxing. I would recommend confirming the exact color with the ICAN manager before placing the order. **Customer service** The manager was always available, answered all my questions, and communication was professional and respectful. The only issue was that we did not specifically confirm the paint color before production. Overall, I am very happy that I decided to order the frame directly from ICAN.
