Replacement of heat press
I contacted HTVRont support because the heat press I had purchased from Amazon less than a year ago had quick working. I sent in a video of it not working and the order number from Amazon. The response was very quick and they are sending a replacement heat press. I have purchased several products from HYVRont and will continue to purchase them especially after the amazing support that I received.
