I placed an order for a rakhi
I placed an order for a rakhi, order number 19169324. The tracking indicates that it has been delivered, but I have not yet received it. I have attempted to contact customer support multiple times via WhatsApp and the website, but I have received very little assistance. I experienced a similar issue last year. I would advise others to exercise caution when considering this website. These are bunch of thugs who cheated your money with zero accountabilty.
