Account paid and blocked – No response from support for 2 days
I am extremely disappointed with this service. I have a paid membership, but my profile has been completely blocked for the past two days for no apparent reason.I already contacted their official support email two days ago and filled out their contact form, but I have received absolutely no response. It is completely unacceptable to block a paying customer and offer zero customer support.Please unlock my account immediately.
