**If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. DO NOT BOOK WITH TARIFASODEAL.** My experience with Tarifasodeal was an absolute nightmare and, quite frankly, felt like a complete bait-and-switch. They lure you in with an extremely attractive ticket price, take your payment, and then **the story starts changing**. In our case, they gave us multiple excuses as to why the original booking could not be honored. First, we were told that we would **not be allowed any baggage whatsoever—not even a carry-on or a checked bag**. When we asked if we could simply pay to check a bag, we were told that wasn't an option. Then we were told that we needed to be **flexible with our travel dates**. At that point, we tried to cancel the booking within the **24-hour cancellation period advertised on their own website**. Instead of helping us, they completely disregarded our request and essentially refused to address the cancellation over the phone. I even went through the booking process myself without completing the purchase just to verify what their website actually said. The website clearly indicated that the booking could be canceled within 24 hours. So, trying to find a solution, we actually told them: **Fine. Go ahead and book it. We will travel without any bags.** Even after agreeing to their ridiculous conditions, they still claimed they couldn't complete the booking. Then things got even more bizarre. Instead of booking the reservation for the **three people we had originally paid for**, they tried to book **only one person**. At that point, it felt like they were simply **holding our money hostage**—refusing to provide the service we paid for, refusing to honor the terms we were given, and repeatedly coming up with another excuse when we tried to resolve the situation. And then, rather than resolving the issue, **they hung up on us.** This is not how a legitimate, professional travel agency should treat customers. What is especially concerning is that after reading other reviews, I found **multiple people describing an almost identical experience**: an extremely cheap advertised fare, payment taken, followed by calls claiming there is a problem with the booking and the customer must pay more money, be flexible, or risk losing their original payment. At some point, the excuses stop looking like coincidences and start looking like a pattern. I deeply regret booking with Tarifasodeal and wish I had read these reviews beforehand. **Do not let an unbelievably cheap ticket price convince you to give this company your money.** The price may look great initially, but based on my experience, getting what you actually paid for is another story. **Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential financial loss. I would not recommend Tarifasodeal to anyone. STAY AWAY.**
