This product is a waste of money if you prefer a 3-D scan versus the DIY impression trays using putty. I’m not comfortable taking my own impressions at home with putty. The network for getting highly accurate 3-D scans is practically non-existent. When I purchased the product, they had a scanning service in Austin, Texas, which is the capitol city of Texas. Sadly, they discontinued using that scanning center and suggested one that would require a 3-1/2 hour round trip. I was in Menlo Park, CA. The heart of Silicon Valley and the best they could offer was assistance taking impressions - not scans - at a dental office across the bay. I’m in Santa Fe, NM for the summer - another state capitol - and they use a center in Socorro, NM, which is about 5 hours round trip. This was a waste of money. I should have got Invisalign from the start.
