NRIs — please think twice before ordering!
I sent Rakhis from Canada to India because I wanted them delivered on time for Raksha Bandhan. Unfortunately, my order arrived incomplete, with the silver basket and food items missing. I contacted customer service and was told my complaint would be forwarded to the relevant team. After that, no one followed up or bothered to resolve the issue. As an NRI, you trust these services to deliver something special to your family back home. Instead, the experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend NRIs use this service unless they are prepared to deal with poor customer service and missing items. Very disappointing experience. 💔
