50th birthday celebration surprise
Ordered balloons many days in advance for a specific date and time for a 50th birthday celebration…. And the app showed delivered while it was not …. Escalated to their VP of Ops who promised to get it done by a certain time which was not delivered. Flowers were wilted…. Never going back! Such a shame - spoiled the whole surprise
