Seamless Warranty process!
I had to get a single pot replaced due to some damage that makes the pot unusable. I love my Hexclad, I only used Hexclad and LeCrueset for my cooking. I also love my Damascus knives! The warranty process could not have been more transparent and straight forward and I had a resolution in less than 24 hours….replacement on its way. Thank you!
