Product, Customer Service and Warranty Claim
Product - It is just amazing and the best non-stick product I have owned. We have been using this for 5 years now. I don't think any of my non-stick pans have lasted this long. Customer Service - out of the 7 pans I own, one of them got lost a little bit of coating on the side and I casually asked the salesperson if this happened due to dish washer and he said definitely no and asked us to just invoke the warranty Warranty - This process was even smoother. Just filled out the form, took the video and uploaded the receipt and they just replaced the pan.
