we were issued a 2,000 voutcher for airline tickets after paying over 5,000 to cancel a overseas flight because of my daughter had major cancer, that part was ok. We booked a flight which they charged an extra 559.95 and used the voutcher. After about 20 calls and many lyes between booking and the day we were to leave, never got and tickets or boarding passes that were promised the day before. This is how they said the voutcher worked with them. I have had to purchase new tickets and contacted the credit card company to try and get a refund. I would stay as far away from all the people who will say what ever it takes to string you along untill its to late . They messed up our travels and cost us more because of rebooking with short notice.
