Victor (a supervisor) was fantastic!
Victor (a supervisor) was fantastic! After a hell of an experience with a few customer service personnel, he went above and beyond. He stayed on the phone, walking us through everything, step by step, and made sure everything was complete! He is what every customer service representative should be!
