Very good customer service with Northern Knife, I also own about 8 of their knives, all of which are fiercely sharp and very good quality. They come with a lifetime guarantee so if you break one with what is considered normal use then they will replace it. Most recently purchased the knife sharpener, again. Great quality and cannot complain one bit.
