Poor customer service and delivery
Poor customer service and delivery My experience has been absolutely terrible so far… I ordered a dress on the 11th of August keeping in mind of the 5-9day delivery timeframe for an upcoming wedding. I initially received order confirmation, but over the week no shipping confirmation or details. I placed my order number to track its status where it showed “no records found”. By now it has been over the delivery period, and I’ve emailed customer service to receive nothing but an automated response on instructions to check my shipping status, how I’ve probably entered incorrect details, and a bunch of other nonsense that doesn’t address the problem . It has been well over their delivery time and I’ve yet to receive shipping details, confirmation and a response on the situation. I’m left with no explanation, no dress, and my money gone on a $200 dress i don’t even know I’ll be able to wear to the wedding
