I would have loved to give these guys more stars, but communication was a bit lacking. I created a custom sticker for a High School Reunion about a week before, to go on some giveaway gifts for the alumni who attended. I noted the deadline due to assembly time needs and asked for communication if it couldn't be kept and an eta of when they would arrive on the order. A day or two before the due date I asked for an update. Looked online to see any progress notes on the project or an email update. Only status was "unfulfilled". I emailed, I called 2 days in a row. I texted asking for an update, not wanting to be stuck empty handed. But no response. So with less than 72 hours left I started to urgently seek a back up provider. I ended up finding a local mom business who printed them at home and did get them to me the same night, saving me the nightmare of last minute assembly. But in the end, the stickers did arrive the morning of the day before the reunion, so with a little communication it would have worked out. And the quality was very good and professional looking compared to the mom biz, but I spent money on a whole new order bc it was my first dealing with them and there was no progress indicators online that let me know it was being worked on. and then they sent me a bill for shipping after the fact. silly business practice iyam. But I might give them a try again in the future now that I know it's a real business, bc I just found them on google the first time with no references.
