A site to absolutely avoid
The first problem was that my order was lost in transit. Giftsur sent a second item. Impossible to really track as they use Track17, which I consider to be a useless tracking system. Finally received the item and it was nothing like what was expected. The picture shows what appears to be a hill with the cross of Jesus on it and his burial chamber carved into it. What I received was a piece of cardboard, about 3/16" thick, with a low resolution image on it. This wasn't even worth $5 much less the $30 I paid. The customer service seemed to be quite good until I told them I wanted a refund. They are quite adamant about NOT giving a refund. A refund could be given if I returned the item using their shipping company which charges $20. Obviously, this is not practical. Here is the e-mail I received from them. "Dear buyer, Per our policy, we can only process a full refund after we receive the returned package. The return shipping fee shall be borne by you. This fee is charged by the logistics provider instead of us. Based on our experience, the return cost will be at least 20 USD. In order to solve it properly for you as soon as possible, I can offer you the following three solutions. You can choose either one: 1.We will apply for a 20% refund of your order amount as compensation for your poor shopping experience this time. 2.We will send you a free replacement of an equivalent product (you can choose a product on the website), and you do not need to return the product. 3.We'd like to offer you a 25% off coupon for your next purchase. I sincerely hope that you can accept one of the options to avoid the time cost and additional trouble caused by returns. Looking forward to your reply and thank you for your understanding and support. Best regards, luna Customer service center" Obviously, I will never be buying anything from this site again; thus, the offers they made are meaningless. BTW, the site is in China. They are registered at Alibaba Cloud Computing.
