I had such a wonderful experience with YogaRenew and would absolutely recommend the program to anyone looking for a comprehensive, supportive, and accessible yoga teacher training. The 200-hour program gave me a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, teaching methodology, and the practice itself. I especially appreciated that the course allowed me to learn at my own pace while still feeling guided and supported throughout the process. As someone who already has a background in movement and bodywork, I found there was still so much to learn and take away from the program. It helped me deepen my own practice while giving me the confidence and tools to begin teaching. I’m so grateful I chose YogaRenew for my 200-hour certification. It was an incredibly meaningful experience and one I’ll carry with me well beyond completing the course!
