Purchased new pace 4 have a pace 500…
Purchased new pace 4 have a pace 500 already. I don’t want the boost option and want the tour option made available. Charge location is in terrible location. Charge head makes it worse. I have to get on my hands and knees to plug in the charge. The cord on the charger is to short. No matter what I do on the Aventon app and load to my bike, my pace 4 will not go over 20 mph. I want it to go up to the 28 mph it was advertised it would go.
