They make it almost impossible to return an order
I ordered a part on a Saturday morning online. Within an hour I had decided I would no longer fix my washing machine because I discovered other problems with it. So I contacted Appliance4all by phone and told them I would like to cancel my order before it shipped. They said too late it's already shipped. I was told I could refuse delivery and I would have to pay a restocking fee. I was surprised that they could ship so fast on a Saturday morning. On Tuesday they sent an email saying the part had just shipped. So they lied about it shipping on Saturday. So then I was told in order to return the part they would need pictures of the part and of my washing machine. They also required my washing machine part number and serial number to be filled out on a form to be scanned back to them in order for me to return their part. Of course they wanted me to pay return shipping and restocking as well. Don't do business with this scam company. I will be making my horrible experience known everywhere I can.
