Issue resolved!
We had a throttle issue on the RM7. I reached out, Chloe responded quickly and we reached a fair resolution for the issue. Although I was hesitant to proceed with their a suggestion because it involved purchasing a new item and then waiting for a refund, Chloe kept her word and the refund has been received. Chloe has been a pleasure to work with and her customer service is great!
