Very bad experience
Very bad experience. The product quality is low and does not match the pictures on the website. Customer service did not take responsibility and made me pay all shipping and return costs. Despite my request, they did not share the return address in Germany (I am based in France) and suggested returning the item to China instead. After repeated insistence, they finally provided a return address in Germany once they realized I would return the product no matter what. Given the price of the watch (€80) and the return cost (€40), this seems like a tactic to discourage returns. Lack of honesty and poor customer service. Avoid.
