The worst experience ever.
The worst experience ever. I would give 0 ⭐️ for the experience They literally do not have decency to even respond to complaints for their failed deliveries The company ruined my birthday experience. Even on a preordered cake which i did 8 days back , i did not get the delivery on the special day And above all that they do not even provide a customer care number , they do not respond to emails, they simply have a bot doing all the chat with the customer. Literally the worst company i have ever seen. I would personally recommend everyone never to use the app or the website.
