Exceptional Support From Hesham
I had a very unusual issue with the MemberPress Courses and Quizzes editors after upgrading to WordPress 7.1. The editors were behaving strangely, with layout issues and quiz styling problems, and I initially had no idea what was causing it. Hesham from MemberPress Support was absolutely fantastic. He didn't just send me generic troubleshooting steps or point me towards documentation. He actually accessed my site, reproduced the issue himself, correctly identified the conflict with WordPress 7.1's new always-iframed editor and persistent admin bar, and reported the issue to the development team. He then provided me with a temporary hotfix specifically for the problem, which I installed — and it worked perfectly. What really impressed me was the level of technical understanding and the willingness to actually investigate the problem rather than simply working through a standard support script.
