Purchased Battery monitor
Purchased the Battery monitor with shunt.. The unit was defective. Customer service wanted me to try different things and send pictures. Finally got an ok to return the item for a new unit. A week after it was returned and signed for per FEDEX . LiTime said it had not been checked in. Requested a refund. How long does it take to check a package in??? Said when it gets checked in they will refund the money Purchased over $ 5000 dollars in batterys that rate 5 stars and then you get 1 star service for a $ 100 dollar part Up Date 10-1-2026 After above review LiTime Contacted me letting me know they would ship a new uint or send my money back. I decided to take a new unit which i just Installed and am Very Very happy with both the Shunt and the 460 amp Hr batterys They rate ***** over all will contimue to use there products
