We preordered an item and were kept up to date with stock levels. We have pre-ordered a second G2 and have had the same positive experience. Cathy is quick to respond to any queries. We were unsure where to order as people had complained about delays in delivery but both scooters are being delivered within the timeframe given on their website. First scooter was delivered next day by FedEx when the items arrived in UK.
