I ordered a burgundy red 13x6 wig after seeing it advertised on TikTok. Unfortunately, what arrived was noticeably thinner than advertised, and the colour was also different from what was shown. I submitted photos of the wig when requesting the return, and the return was approved based on those images. However, after I sent the exact same wig back in the same condition shown in those photos, they then refused to refund me. They also had received the wig for a week and not until i contacted them for an update only then did they raise these issues about it not being in factory condition and that the wig had been scraped. I ultimately had to escalate the matter through my bank before I received my money back. The customer service throughout the process was also extremely unprofessional. Rather than addressing my concerns properly, I was spoken to dismissively and received responses such as, “you obviously didn’t do that.” Overall, I found the way this return was handled dishonest and completely unprofessional. I would be very cautious ordering from this company, particularly if you may need to return an item.
