Satisfied with one exception
I was very satisfied with my interactions with Esraa R. and Han S. was great. They were very helpful, understood my issue, and proceeded to take action to remedy the problem. Prior to chatting with them my first interaction was with Johnny B. That interaction was extremely disappointing and made me contemplate discontinuing my use of Squarespace, I actually still feel so frustrated and let down by that interaction that I'm still questioning if I want to remain with squarespace. This individual told me he couldn't help, sent me 3 links that all took me back to the same unhelpful page, and then told me there was nothing he could do and that he was ending the chat. The individually clearly didn't take the time to understand the issue and tried to find a shortcut to getting out of doing any work. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I don't want Esraa and Han to suffer any negative repercussion due to Johnny's horrible customer service. If it wasn't for the 2 of them I would be leaving 1 star.
