Poor connection and speed
Unfortunately, it was an incredibly frustrating experience.The setup in the app was relatively easy, but once I arrived at my destination, the connection was completely unusable. My phone kept dropping to one bar or showing "No Service" even in major urban areas. When I finally got a LTE connection, the data speeds were so slow that I couldn't even load Google Maps or communication apps to call a ride.
