Misleading info
Process OK but to my understanding 1st month was to be $39 you charged me that plus $149. That's not good

Ridiculous and not happy
I don't know if you can call it through but I've sent the same documents several times. I've submitted extra documents with explanation and still get sent back as if they have not paid attention to what I've told them. Been going in circles for months now and still in their court and still asking for information I've given them. Constant email where they answer a day or two later and no phone calls. VA Disability payments aren't taxable but still counts as income. 40K for the year to add to my 37K from a part time job I held and they want a co sponsor because I don't make enough they say. They asked for payments for my 2 step kids that I already paid for. Asked for Physicals that I had to re do and they've been sitting on for 2 months. Asked for I94 that was initially sent in original documents. Asked for my wife's 5 times. The info isn't going to change. Have offices talk to one another and get info together and call your customers once in a while. Let them know what's going on from time to time. Frustration experience. When they wanted my business I got called almost every other day as I was making my decision to use them or another company. Bad choice waste of $1500 that I cant get back.
