Poor service and products
After writing in here and contacting my bank as the product had not been sent. The company got in touch, until them any customer service emails were ignored. The item arrived after 3 weeks, marked and damaged like it has been worn already. Contacted customer service for a refund. Emails again ignored. Service has been awful, faulty, marked item ( wrist alarm).

I have ordered an alarm strap
I have ordered an alarm strap, not been shipped. Says it’s been sent to royal mail. Tracking doesn’t work, order says. Pending, emails to customer services ignored several times. Says items shipped in 2-3 days, this is a week later. And nothing has been done, item isn’t with Royal Mail, says pending when I check my order on line, no support from customer service.
