I bought a SeaGull ocean Star and had a crack next to the dial below the crystal they apologized and offered an exchange watch I could easily send the watch for free back and then got the replacement watch where this time the bracelet was a QC nightmare with ugly spots and u finished parts first order where definitely better after writing the support again hey just the bracelet isn't any good could I get a new bracelet or just return the watch because I'm disappointed for 480$ they then ghosted me even wrote from new email them not a single response
