If I could score less than a 1 star, I would. This company has an F with the BBB for starters. I ordered my first bag on July 1st and it never came. On August 1st I was automatically charged for the subscription... I contacted them and waited days for a response. They then said sorry and will be sending the first order. They requested my address (again) and I gave it to them along with the specific instructions that US Mail does not deliver to our street address due to where we live. They sent it US Mail and it was returned to sender on August 17th. I still do not have my Erth that I paid for on July 1st. Due yourself a favor and stay away from this company, I no longer want to try this product. I am
