I ordered the alarm wrist watch and loved it!! Upon my first charge there was some kind of an issue and it stopped working. I immediately reached out to Jay and with in a few weeks and a couple of quick emails I just got my replacement! I enjoy the product and appreciate the prompt customer service! Well done HIstrips!
