This is a dishonest company all the way. I advised them their webpage malfunctioned less than 10minutes after it erroneously charged for a 6 month membership. I told them the lifetime offer page errored. That actually costs MORE ($99). I figured customer service would simply reverse charge and apply correct charge. Nope. They said they cant verify error (basically saying customer is lying. For what???to give you more money than the 6 month amount?) Im guessing they sloppily didnt remove a lifetime offer webpage but instead of fessing up, said nothing they can do (ie, say cant offer refund to customer that never signed in which they definitely CAN verify. Do not do not do not buy from thieves. *update* noted prompt response here suggesting company is good about managing social media reviews, perhaps good enough to create hundreds of false reviews by reviewers who have only ever submitted one review... However, the support ticket was opened and the support response was just as above with the most recent response to contact a different email. My most educated guess is this is a VA run business that posts false reviews, responds to negative social media, and refuses customer service until customer really gets irate then VA provides contact info to the wizard behind the company. After seeing how customer is treated, I have no interest in service now even if it is great. After research, it is reported as a wrapper on existing AI. As i have not and will not use, I cant confirm or refute that analysis.
