Very Poor Service Very disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. If you cannot deliver gifts on time, why offer the service in the first place? I ordered a Rakhi from the UK to be delivered to my brother in India. Their courier partner failed to find the address three times. I rescheduled the delivery each time, but they still could not locate the house. The location is very easy to find, and I provided two phone numbers with the order. If the driver was having difficulty finding the address, they could have simply called either number. Instead, no one called, and I received an email saying they could not find the address. I also contacted the company through their WhatsApp number, but I received no response. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially because the Rakhi was a time-sensitive gift for my brother. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before using this company for important deliveries.😔
