I have a background in product design and therefore really appreciate well thought out design and engineering in the products I buy. You met all of my expectations. Also your customer support was very responsive to my inquiries. I would like to suggest you incorporate some sort of song skip on the device or at least on the case. Having to dig out and use my phone is not ideal. Your pause feature needs a little work still as I haven't been able to get that to work. Thanks and I'll be telling my family and friends how happy I am with the Wave.
