I filed a warranty claim on a Saturday morning expecting to start the process and have to provide more information as the week carried on since it was the weekend, instead Hady M responded immediately requesting the additional information needed to process my claim and within an hour had approved my warranty! I fully believe the only delay was me seeing her response because she was so much faster than I expected! Excellent customer service and easy to provide all the information needed!
