I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Smooche. An order was placed accidentally because Shop Pay kept my payment details—even though I had previously requested my data to be deleted. I cancelled the order immediately through three different channels: their website contact form, a direct email, and a reply to the order confirmation. Their website explicitly states they reply within 12 hours. They replied 72 hours later stating the package had already been sent. They had ample time to stop the shipment. Failing to meet their own customer service timelines is terrible business practice. To return the product they want a 15% restocking fee. Avoid this company.
