I am very disappointed and I feel betrayed.
Yes, I completely agree with the other customers. If there were a 0-star rating, I would definitely choose it. The glasses are not as advertised. They do not properly focus for both distance and near vision as described—they only work for near vision. They also do not change colour as advertised. I contacted customer service about the issue, but they only offered me $2 in compensation for a product I paid $26 for. I declined the offer, as it was not a reasonable solution. After that, my complaint was simply ignored, and I have received nothing further from them. Very disappointing product and customer service. I would not recommend these glasses.
