First Gate 1 trip…
My mom and I just took our first Gate 1 trip: the 10-day classic through Amsterdam, Bruges, Paris, and London. This was a perfect first trip for us. Our tour manager, Jean-Pascal, was wonderful. He always went out of his way to make everyone comfortable and answer any questions. He shared interesting facts about each location and spoiled us with special local treats. Our bus driver, Conny, did an excellent job getting us safely around the first three countries and was so sweet! All of the local guides did a phenomenal job. Our London guide was especially funny! It was so nice not to have to worry about transportation and hotels. We loved the mix of scheduled activities and free time to explore on our own. That balance made the trip feel especially worthwhile, and we’re already trying to pick our next Gate 1 adventure.
