John answered my initial call and was so pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt in calling me back and responded to everything that I asked about since I have not used Cruise Direct before. Because of John, I am certain I will be contacting him directly for my cruise needs in the future. John was exceptional in his customer service and Cruise Direct is very lucky to have him working for them.
