Absolute worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. They are pure thieves! My booking code is 1036906014. Due to a sudden and severe medical emergency, my doctor strictly prohibited me and my wife from traveling for our flight on August 28, 2026.
Instead of showing basic human empathy, Airpaz hides behind robotic automated responses, refusing to provide any refund or waiver, literally stealing our hard-earned money. They don't care if you are dying in a hospital bed; their only priority is pocketing your cash.
If you value your money and your peace of mind, DO NOT EVER BOOK THROUGH AIRPAZ. They are untrustworthy, unhelpful, and completely predatory. I am currently escalating this to my bank for a full chargeback and filing formal fraud/consumer rights complaints against them. STAY AWAY
