8” pan warranty replacement (minor pitting)
We purchased full set of hex clad pans to include lids from Costco, during a promotion sale. Had great success with registering each and every pan. Not expecting to use any of the warranty I experienced some small pitting on an 8 inch pan. I been using it anyway, ran into another hex clad representative in Costco and explained the issue I was experiencing. He directed me to the warranty department online. It’s extremely easy to use, submitted a short video and a picture. Every pan has an extremely small serial number on the lip had to use a magnifying glass to read it. Overall, very easy process to submit. Unknown how long the process was gonna take, within minutes of submitting, we got a response. It looks like the pan will be replaced in 3-5 business days. Extremely happy with the warranty Customer Service processes. We highly recommend HexClad.
