Terrible shipping updates
Ordered my product A MONTH AGO, and I’ve received exactly ONE shipping update since then. And when I say “update,” I mean they literally sent me “Order Update: Shipping Pending.” That’s it. No tracking information. No location. No estimated delivery date. No explanation. Nothing. At this point, I have absolutely no idea if my order is sitting in a warehouse, stuck in transit, still being made, or just forgotten about completely. How do you take someone’s money, go silent for a month, and then have the nerve to call “shipping pending” a legitimate update? This is beyond disappointing and honestly some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I shouldn’t have to hunt down information about an order I already paid for. If this is how this company handles customers after they get their money, I can damn sure guarantee I’ll think twice before ever doing business with them again. Absolutely ridiculous. Still no new updates btw ordered in July
