Amazing experience from order to install and beyond
Ordering process was smooth and easy via the website, greatly assisted by the measuring tool phone app. I received frequent and accurate updates during the entire manufacturing and shipping process and the curtains and roman blind arrived well packaged, safe and secure. Installation was simple and straightforward, with good instructions available on Youtube. After installation, I had a question on how to integrate the motorised roman blinds into an Apple Home ecosystem and received a prompt and accurate reply, with a link to another Youtube video that made the process simple and easy. Minor feedback would be some more detail on the installed width of the French Pleated curtains, as the measured distance and resulting curtain width was possibly a little smaller than expected. Otherwise, the product quality and entire experience has been excellent. Thanks.
