Well in all honesty, my dog "Jet' just did not care for Happy Howl. For me, it was a bit too messy not that much of your competition doesn't have the same issue. Jet is a very pickey eater to be only 5 years old so I cannot hold that against your product. On a positive, I do like that it does not have to be refrigated. That is very much a plus!
