Scam service. They steal money.
On one of the services where I needed to top up my balance with cryptocurrency, I chose this provider — and deeply regretted it. Even though they received my money, which was sent from a well-known CEX and therefore was completely clean, they had some kind of "problem" with my payment, even though there are no real problems at all. I've been waiting for a response from their support for almost an hour now, but judging by the reviews here, they are in no hurry to resolve such issues. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
