Product replacement experience top notch
I ordered a six pack of white tees from them by Amazon. 3 of them completely failed at the neck seam, huge hole from poor stitching, the other three were solid. Not expecting much as most customer service is horrible these days, I sent an email explaining the issue. I was quickly contacted and sent a few screen shots of my order info from Amazon and pics of the 3 shirts. Less than 24 hours later, replacements were sent and no need to return the defective ones (not that they were usable, but to not have to ship back product that was defective made the process simpler) 2 months later, the replacements are holding strong. The great fit and quality of the shirts are one thing, but to have this simple of a no hassle replacement is something you don’t see much of these days from companies. They will be my first stop for shirts in the future not just for quality but also for customer service.
